We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Original Muck Boot Company. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, we offer free returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.

• 3.
  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
